going to Thailand...what should I bring?

I've been to Thailand before and felt like I way overpacked so this time, I'm going to be smart and just bring the bare minimum. Anyone have any suggestions on what I should bring that can't be bought over there? I

'll be going for about 3 weeks over NYE and a side trip to Cambodia.
